    How do I wash my silk products?

    Hand-wash in cold water with a pH-neutral, silk-safe soap. Lay flat to dry. Never tumble dry, never bleach. Iron only on the lowest setting if needed.
    How long will my Lussa product last?

    With proper care, 18–24 months of daily use. Silk is naturally durable — it’s the cotton liners and synthetic stitching in cheaper products that fail first.
    Is your silk really 100% mulberry silk?

    Yes. Every silk product is verified 100% mulberry silk — never a blend, never polyester labelled as silk.

    OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified.

    If you doubt it, do the burn test: real silk curls into ash; polyester melts. If your Lussa product fails, send us the video — full refund, no questions.
    Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

    Our EU warehouse. Most orders to NL, BE, DE, FR, and IE arrive in 3–5 business days.
    Does your Silk Cap work as a hijab undercap, for curly hair, or for sleep?

    Yes — all three.

    Our Silk Cap is multi-use: hijabi customers wear it as a daily under-layer, curly-haired customers wear it as a daytime protective wrap, and it can also be worn for sleep.

    For dedicated nightly hair protection, our 22-momme Silk Bonnet is purpose-built for sleep and the better option.
