Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, clean, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@lussasilk.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages, Issues and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@lussasilk.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution. In these cases, Lussa will cover the return shipping costs where a return is required.
Hygiene and Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, silk caps, bonnets, scrunchies, hair ties, and other hair-worn products cannot be returned if they have been worn, used, washed, stained, scented, damaged, or removed from sealed hygiene packaging.
We also cannot accept returns for gift cards or personalized/custom items.
Sale items may be returned only where required by applicable consumer law or if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, clean, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please note that items sealed for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been broken or removed, unless the item is defective.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your return is approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after approval. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
For EU customers using the legal right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.
